On Wednesday (18 Sep), we will be meeting in HRBB 113 for our biweekly meeting. There, we will show how to make a basic game from the ground up in order to help prepare you ultimately for our Game Jam in October. We will also start collecting dues ($10 for the semester, $15 for the year) and make important announcements regarding upcoming workshops.
Dario Sanchez will be presenting the basics of game design. Before coding or arting any game, it is imperative that one comes up with its basic style, story, and progression.
Joshua Strunk will show you how to code a basic game in Unity, an engine capable of 3D design and more.
If you've always wanted to make a game but never knew where to start, do not miss this meeting!
